The PrivacyTech Business Analyst will serve as a crucial connector between business stakeholders and engineering teams, with a focus on effective implementation of privacy technology solutions such as OneTrust and Sourcepoint. This role emphasizes collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and the continuous enhancement of privacy tools and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the functional and technical lead for PrivacyTech tools, primarily OneTrust and Sourcepoint.
  • Manage tool configurations, workflows, integrations, and updates to align with privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for privacy initiatives.
  • Support end-to-end implementation of privacy management tools and API integrations.
  • Develop and maintain privacy compliance dashboards and reports using OneTrust modules.
  • Monitor the performance of privacy tools and manage change requests for enhancements.
  • Stay updated with global privacy trends and innovations in PrivacyTech.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in data privacy or compliance.
  • Proven hands-on experience with OneTrust and Sourcepoint platforms.
  • Strong understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA/CPRA.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems and web technologies.
  • Experience in process mapping and stakeholder management.
  • OneTrust Certified Professional or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments and data protection best practices.
