Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to manage and optimize procurement operations for a 6-month contract position. In this role, you will collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective supplier management, streamline purchasing processes, and conduct spend analysis. The position focuses on enhancing procurement workflows while adhering to governance and compliance requirements, making your expertise crucial for successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with procurement processes.
- Track contracts and manage renewals throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Conduct spend analysis and implement cost control measures.
- Oversee invoice matching and reconciliation activities.
- Facilitate RFQs, sourcing, and tendering processes.
- Manage purchase orders (PO) effectively.
- Communicate with stakeholders to maintain effective procurement workflows.
- Utilize procurement and finance systems for data management and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of procurement and purchasing processes.
- Experience with supplier onboarding and management.
- Familiarity with contract management and spend analysis.
- Proficiency in using procurement/finance systems (e.g., Concur, ERP, Excel, SharePoint).
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Desirable experience with IT procurement or software licensing.
