Overview
We are seeking a Product Designer with a strong background in Service Design to enhance an end-to-end digital customer journey. The successful contractor will collaborate closely with Product Management to identify customer needs, lead discovery workshops, and create interactive prototypes that influence engineering initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Map customer journeys to enhance user experience.
- Facilitate workshops to gather and understand user needs.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
- Build interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Validate customer experiences through testing and feedback.
- Collaborate with Product Management to align on project goals.
- Support discovery activities to drive product insights.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders for approval.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Product Design and Service Design.
- Strong skills in Customer Journey Mapping and UX.
- Experience in conducting User Research and Workshop Facilitation.
- Proficient in using Figma for designing interactive prototypes.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and present ideas effectively.
- Experience leading discovery workshops is a plus.
- Understanding of agile methodologies preferable.
