Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer with a strong background in Python and TypeScript to join a fast-paced, innovative team focused on developing creative production tools. This remote contract position allows for significant autonomy in designing and building applications that streamline creative workflows across various industries. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge features and tackle unique technical challenges using modern web and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dynamic, responsive web interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS.
- Implement state management solutions for optimal user experiences.
- Design and develop robust backend services and APIs with Python, including REST and GraphQL.
- Architect and maintain scalable database solutions, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform within AWS environments.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor application health, and ensure uptime and performance.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Innovate and drive solutions for unique technical challenges in creative workflows.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern web development practices.
- Solid backend experience with Python, Django, and FastAPI including database design.
- Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Zustand.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment practices, particularly on AWS.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of scalable architecture patterns and data integrity principles.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end products autonomously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
