Overview
We are seeking a Product Designer with expertise in Service Design for a 6-month contract role focused on redesigning a comprehensive digital customer journey. The contractor will collaborate closely with Product Management to identify customer needs, facilitate workshops, and create interactive prototypes to guide future development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Map customer journeys to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs and experiences.
- Build interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize design concepts.
- Validate customer experiences through testing and feedback.
- Collaborate with Product Management to align design strategies.
- Support discovery activities to inform product development.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders for review and approval.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Product Design and Service Design.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping techniques.
- Experience in UX research methodologies and workshop facilitation.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating interactive prototypes.
- Knowledge of design thinking principles and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience presenting concepts to stakeholders and gathering feedback.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred.
