Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of two new Events and Risk modules within a well-established AI-powered healthcare compliance SaaS platform. In this role, you will collaborate with customers, engineering teams, UX designers, and senior leadership to define the minimum viable product (MVP) scope, shape requirements, and deliver valuable workflow-led product features. Your expertise in B2B SaaS and regulated environments will be essential for driving the success of these projects.
Responsibilities
- Own the development of Events and Risk modules within the product framework.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to define MVP scope and requirements.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Deliver product features that enhance user workflow and compliance.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on stakeholder input and market needs.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and refine product direction.
- Facilitate stakeholder management and effective communication across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with regulated environments, especially healthcare or healthtech.
- Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing a product backlog.
- Strong skills in product discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to drive projects to completion.
- Exposure to AI product development is a plus.
