Overview
The Product Portfolio Lead for Network will play a critical role in managing and overseeing network services within a large-scale cloud-native platform program. This position involves collaborating with various teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure strategic alignment, operational stability, and the successful delivery of enterprise network services in a hybrid cloud environment. The role requires significant experience in product management, particularly in managing network-focused infrastructure products.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Network Product Portfolio, including DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and connectivity services.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps, lifecycle strategies, and release plans aligned with platform objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, and operations teams.
- Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple teams.
- Ensure release readiness with comprehensive documentation and operational handover.
- Drive Day 2 operational readiness and service stability across all network products.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation, reliability, and performance.
- Provide governance, reporting, and KPI tracking to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Portfolio Lead, Product Manager, or Senior Product Owner in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong track record managing network-focused infrastructure products throughout their lifecycle.
- Deep understanding of network technologies, including DNS, DHCP, IPAM, WAN, and enterprise connectivity.
- Experience with cloud or hybrid cloud platforms.
- Strong skills in managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and release planning.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with container platforms and infrastructure service lifecycle management is a plus.
