Overview
We are seeking multiple Program Directors to join a consulting firm focused on projects within the Life Sciences sector. The successful candidates will collaborate with various teams across functions including R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance, and will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple projects within the Life Sciences sector.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective program management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, and HR.
- Ensure clear communication and engagement with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Provide expert consulting to drive efficiencies and improvements across programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Program Director in a consulting capacity.
- Strong background in Life Sciences, preferably within large Pharma.
- Experience managing stakeholders and large project teams.
- Knowledge of R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Tech, Finance, and Commercial functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work onsite three days a week in London.
