Overview
The PMO Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting a large transformation programme by enhancing financial processes and governance. The position is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in SAP Ariba, who will work collaboratively with programme teams, finance, and procurement stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and ensure effective budget management. This hands-on role is suited for a junior management consultant or an experienced analyst who thrives in fast-paced project environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve purchase order processes and financial governance.
- Support budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting across the programme.
- Identify and resolve issues within existing finance and procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure robust governance controls are in place.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and analysis using advanced Excel.
- Collaborate closely with programme teams, finance, procurement, and key stakeholders.
- Support PMO activities, including reporting, tracking actions, risks, and dependencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or similar role in finance.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba and its application in financial processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced reporting and dashboard creation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
