Overview
We are looking for an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to oversee the implementation of a Commercial Operating Model within a complex organisation. This remote, 9-month contract role will involve collaborating with senior stakeholders, including Business Unit Presidents and HR, to ensure successful adoption of new operational practices and support organisational change initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the Commercial Operating Model across business units.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align business operations and drive organisational change.
- Manage the recruitment planning process and onboard new hires to facilitate the transformation.
- Influence senior executives and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
- Track progress and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale business transformation programmes.
- Demonstrated experience with implementing Commercial Operating Models.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Experience leading organisational change initiatives, including role alignment.
- Ability to thrive in complex stakeholder environments.
- Proven track record of driving delivery across multiple business units.
