Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream programs with accountability for delivery, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will coordinate resources, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring effective communication across all organizational levels. This hybrid role involves both remote work and occasional onsite presence in London, supporting the achievement of program objectives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement comprehensive programs consisting of multiple dependent workstreams.
- Oversee program P&L to maintain strong financial performance.
- Coordinate resource sharing across projects for optimal benefits.
- Monitor program progress and report updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve risks and issues to maintain program progress.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance program value and financial outcomes.
- Manage cross-functional engagement to meet program expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program and project management within technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including proforma creation and metric tracking.
- Experience with contract management and negotiation for scope, cost, and schedule changes.
- Ability to effectively engage with C-suite stakeholders.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes applicable to program management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively to various audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage program timelines.
- Willingness to undergo background checks prior to contract commencement.
