Overview
The Program Manager is crucial in implementing a new Target Operating Model (TOM) that enhances business processes and technology solutions for efficient global service delivery. This role serves as a key connector across various workstreams, ensuring smooth transitions, addressing dependencies, and driving process standardization on a global scale while maintaining operational alignment throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans within the program management tool.
- Serve as the primary contact for all cross-functional dependencies affecting the workstream.
- Track budget spend and manage resource requirements, including experts and business analysts.
- Identify, document, and mitigate risks associated with global standardization.
- Deliver status updates to senior leadership and governance forums.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders for alignment and approvals on key deliverables.
- Partner with the People Change workstream for accurate training and communication materials related to new processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years managing global transformation programs, preferably in financial or professional services.
- Proven success in designing and implementing global Target Operating Models.
- Strong understanding of technology's role in reshaping business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional workshops and build consensus.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and hybrid program delivery methods.
