Overview
The role of Programme Manager focuses on overseeing the global implementation of DealCloud, a leading CRM platform, within a prestigious financial advisory firm. The selected contractor will lead and coordinate multiple inter-connected workstreams, ensuring strategic alignment with the firm’s global business objectives while managing stakeholder relationships and delivering impactful organisational change.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic implementation of DealCloud for client relationship management.
- Manage and coordinate multiple workstreams, including Data Migration and User Training.
- Define the overall Programme structure, governance, and operating model.
- Translate complex business requirements into an executable delivery roadmap.
- Influence and manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders and steering committees.
- Ensure adherence to the strategic business outcomes and budget management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager with a record of managing complex technology programmes.
- Significant expertise in leading a CRM platform implementation programme, ideally DealCloud.
- Experience within financial services such as Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, or Private Equity.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience with senior executive engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change in high-pressure environments.
