Overview
We are seeking a Programme Delivery Lead to oversee a significant Booking Platform Replacement Programme, a key initiative aimed at transforming our business and enhancing customer experiences. The successful candidate will lead the charge on delivery and execution, closely managing multiple workstreams to ensure seamless coordination and control throughout the transformation process. This role provides a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact within a collaborative and people-focused business environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain an integrated master plan covering all workstreams, supplier activity, internal IT delivery, testing, migration, business readiness, cutover and hypercare.
- Define and manage programme milestones, delivery stages, control points, dependencies, and critical path activities.
- Establish and operate programme delivery controls including RAID, action management, dependency management, and delivery confidence reporting.
- Challenge workstream plans, estimates, and delivery forecasts to ensure strong evidence supports them.
- Coordinate and align Business Solution, Technical Solution, Integration, Testing, and Data Migration workstreams.
- Operatethe weekly Steering Group as the primary programme delivery control forum.
- Produce Programme Board reports, dashboards, and decision-support information.
- Drive proactive identification and resolution of cross-workstream risks, issues, and dependencies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in delivering large-scale technology and business transformation programmes.
- Demonstrated ability in creating integrated plans and managing critical paths in complex programmes.
- Strong background in systems implementation, business transformation, supplier management, and technology delivery.
- Expert knowledge of milestone management, dependency mapping, RAID management, and delivery assurance.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience in delivering ERP, CRM, reservations, or other core operational platforms is desirable.
- MSP, PMP, PgMP, AgilePM or equivalent certification is preferable.
