Overview
We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to spearhead a major Funds Services transformation programme within a Private Equity firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of a complex, multi-vendor transformation initiative, ensuring strong governance and effective stakeholder management. This role will involve leading enterprise-scale technology delivery and maintaining rigorous reporting and engagement with sponsors, and the contract is expected to last between 12 to 18 months, with a strong chance of extension.
Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of AtomInvest IMS deployment.
- Lead LEMS selection and implementation.
- Embed the canonical data model across operations.
- Manage multiple vendors and workstreams.
- Maintain rigorous governance, reporting, and sponsor engagement.
- Leverage AI capabilities for operational efficiency through automation and workflow optimisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Funds Services transformation within a Private Equity firm, alternative asset manager, or major fund administrator.
- Demonstrated delivery across the full Funds Services operating model.
- Experience with enterprise-scale technology delivery, especially Investran and IMS LEMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of DORA, AIFMD, FATCA, CRS, and DAC regulatory processes.
- Ability to implement workflow automation strategies.
- Experience operating across London and Europe, with strong vendor governance capabilities.
