Overview
The Programme Manager for Data Migration will oversee the comprehensive transition of clients from their existing reporting systems to the client's platform as part of a six-month contract. This role requires extensive engagement with various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, managing multiple workstreams, including business onboarding and data integration processes. The Programme Manager will lead a proof of concept covering multiple fund products within complex financial structures, significantly impacting client operations and reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of the client migration process.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams including business onboarding and data reporting.
- Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and progress.
- Deliver data migration programs involving fund accounting and investor reporting.
- Monitor project timelines and manage tight deadlines effectively.
- Implement data transformation and validation workflows.
- Ensure features are aligned with complex fund structures and reporting requirements.
- Foster communication across cross-functional teams involved in the program.
Requirements
- 7+ years of program/project management experience in financial services or asset management.
- Proven track record in delivering data migration projects, especially in fund operations.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs with significant commercial implications.
- Familiarity with data pipeline architectures and transformation workflows.
- Understanding of Fund of Funds structures and fund-level reporting concepts.
- Experience with platforms like eFront for alternative investments is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines for document digitisation is desirable.
