The Programme Manager role focuses on driving a significant digital and operational transformation programme within a leading consultancy. The successful candidate will work alongside executive stakeholders and operational teams to enhance business efficiency and customer outcomes through technology enablement and process improvements. This hybrid position is expected to commence in August and will manage various project streams while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a large-scale transformation programme across multiple workstreams.
  • Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks.
  • Manage multiple project streams covering technology, operations, and customer initiatives.
  • Oversee programme budgets, resource plans, risks, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate effectively with executive stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Drive the successful delivery of transformation outcomes in complex environments.
  • Support business readiness and change management activities.
  • Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and consultancy teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Background in utilities, infrastructure, energy, or regulated sectors.
  • Experience in leading digital, operational, or customer transformation initiatives.
  • Strong programme governance, planning, and delivery skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, particularly with senior leadership.
  • Experience managing multiple project managers and workstreams.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced and complex environments.
  • Consultancy experience is highly advantageous.
