Overview

We are seeking a Programme Manager with experience in the retail or hospitality sectors to oversee a confidential potential acquisition within a prominent organization. This role will involve leading complex merger programmes that integrate technology and drive business change. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the success of the programme and will be expected to work on-site three days a week in Central London while operating on a contract basis that is outside IR35.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex merger programmes involving technology and business change.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align objectives for the acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and key project stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the programme.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in programme management within the hospitality or retail sectors.
  • Strong understanding of merger and acquisition processes and related challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in integrating technology solutions to drive business change.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with on-site presence required.
