Overview
We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to oversee a critical CRM and housing management project in its final stages of build and development. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project delivery, risk management, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of system implementations and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly develop a high-level understanding of the programme to add value to the core delivery team.
- Build effective working relationships with steering group and senior stakeholders.
- Provide clear assurance to the Project Board on delivery status, decisions, and risk impacts.
- Prepare and deliver Steering Group and Project Board reports in collaboration with suppliers.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage third-party vendors, ensuring contractual compliance and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading large-scale system implementations, particularly in ERP, CRM, or housing management systems.
- Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
- Expertise in system architecture, integration, and data migration challenges.
- Deep understanding of relevant regulations such as GDPR and data security standards.
- Strong negotiation skills for managing third-party vendors and service-level agreements.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering complex IT programmes within time and budget constraints.
