Programme Manager

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Programme Manager with a strong background in retail and supply chain transformation to oversee a complex stock and inventory visibility programme for a major retail client. This role will involve leading the programme from inception to delivery, aligning senior stakeholders across various functions, and ensuring effective governance and management of the programme. The appointed individual will collaborate closely with consulting experts to drive this critical transformation initiative, which aims to enhance the visibility of inventory throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the programme from mobilisation through to implementation and delivery.
• Align senior stakeholders across technology, operations, and supply chain.
• Manage programme governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery performance.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Deep experience leading large, complex transformation programmes.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and programme governance skills.
• Retail or supply chain experience, ideally involving stock or inventory visibility.
• Proven consulting experience.
