Overview
The Programme Manager will play a critical role in supporting a consultancy focused on business and digital transformation, particularly within a new global pricing function for a pharmaceutical client. Collaborating with stakeholders, the Programme Manager will ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes, emphasizing governance, financial management, and adherence to quality standards. This hybrid position requires both on-site collaboration and flexible remote work, making it ideal for experienced professionals ready to influence and lead in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive governance, reporting, and clarity on key priorities for the global pricing team.
- Manage PMO delivery activities, including timelines, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and stakeholder updates.
- Support vendor and financial management processes, including RFPs, onboarding, POs, invoices, budgets, and compliance.
- Embed processes to enhance team focus on critical priorities.
- Ensure project outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven independent consultant with strong project/programme management experience in complex matrix environments.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong focus on delivery discipline and governance.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or pricing functions is advantageous.
