Overview
We are seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of two major digital transformation products within a leading utilities organization. This role demands a high level of expertise in managing complex digital initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving program governance in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the programs are aligned with business objectives and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams, while reporting to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of two large-scale digital products.
- Manage programme governance, planning, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Architecture, Engineering, and third-party suppliers.
- Drive Digital Platform and ERP delivery workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide clear reporting and stakeholder management to senior leadership.
- Identify and remove delivery blockers to maintain momentum in multiple workstreams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Programme Delivery Manager within the utilities sector.
- Strong track record of delivering Digital Platform and ERP transformation programmes.
- Experience managing large-scale, complex digital initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
- Strong skills in programme governance, risk management, and delivery leadership.
- Experience working in fast-paced transformation environments.
