Overview
We are seeking a Programme Manager (HR/People) for a contract role within a consultancy specializing in business and digital transformation. The successful contractor will lead the HR/People workstream for a major transformation project, collaborating with various stakeholders and senior HR leadership to ensure successful execution and implementation in a large-scale environment. This position offers the opportunity for significant impact within a well-known hotel and restaurant group, with a focus on driving change across numerous locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the HR/People workstream for a large-scale transformation project focused on front-of-house teams.
- Oversee the transition of hundreds of restaurants to a new operating model.
- Support portfolio sales and small acquisitions, including managing HR/redundancy (TUPE) processes.
- Collaborate closely with the transformation team and senior HR leadership to align project objectives.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an independent consultant.
- Strong project/programme management background in complex matrix environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with HR processes, particularly TUPE.
- Consulting experience in the hospitality, consumer, or retail sectors is preferred.
