Overview
We are looking for an experienced Programme Test Manager to lead testing activities at a programme level, ensuring effective coordination and traceability of testing among various delivery teams. This role involves taking full ownership of test strategy, governance, and execution across large-scale programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position is hybrid, providing flexibility while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies and plans across multiple delivery teams.
- Coordinate testing activities to ensure compliance and readiness for live operation.
- Manage governance and execution of quality assurance processes within the programme.
- Ensure traceability and reporting of testing outcomes to all relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to align on testing objectives.
- Oversee testing lifecycles within complex delivery environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Programme-level Test Management and quality assurance in regulatory settings.
- Strong expertise in test strategy and planning for large-scale transformations.
- Solid understanding of modern applications and testing lifecycles.
- Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite for test management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across both business and technical domains.
