Overview

An experienced Project Co-ordinator is sought to support a large-scale Windows 11 roll-out within a multi-site, highly regulated public-sector organization. This hybrid role will involve collaboration with technical teams, deployment engineers, and site leads, ensuring a structured and efficient implementation. The coordinator will manage logistics, schedules, and communications to facilitate a successful project execution over the contract duration.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and co-ordinate M365 / Windows 11 roll-out activity across a diverse estate.
  • Liaise with engineers, IT teams, and local stakeholders to minimize disruption.
  • Maintain project trackers, RAID risk logs, and deployment schedules.
  • Support logistics for hardware and software, ensuring accurate project documentation.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and blockers promptly to the Project Manager.
  • Deliver clear and professional communication and updates to internal teams and users.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar project coordination role.
  • Proven background in supporting IT deployment or roll-out projects (Windows 10/11, M365, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
  • Full UK driving license for occasional site visits.
  • Current police or government security clearance is preferred.
