Overview
As a Project Controls Manager, you will lead project reporting and controls on a significant EPC project, ensuring effective governance in forecasting and financial accountability. Responsibilities
- Lead project reporting, forecasting, and budget reporting for the entire project.
- Guide the project controls team to develop effective schedule and cost control mechanisms.
- Implement document control and administration processes aligned with contractual requirements.
- Establish change management controls to protect budget hours.
- Ensure effective data flow through oversight of information management systems.
- Deliver progress reports and early warnings regarding performance risks.
- Provide independent leadership across planning, cost management, information management, and document control functions.
- Advise the Engineering Management Team on risks, constraints, and project control considerations.
