Responsibilities

  • Lead project reporting, forecasting, and budget reporting for the entire project.

  • Implement document control and administration processes aligned with contractual requirements.
  • Establish change management controls to protect budget hours.
  • Ensure effective data flow through oversight of information management systems.
  • Deliver progress reports and early warnings regarding performance risks.
  • Provide independent leadership across planning, cost management, information management, and document control functions.
  • Advise the Engineering Management Team on risks, constraints, and project control considerations.
