Overview
The Project Delivery Manager for Dynamics 365 CE will oversee the successful delivery of transformation projects focused on driving measurable impact for mission-driven organizations such as universities and charities. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on project execution, requiring collaboration with clients to develop effective delivery roadmaps while managing cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will excel in detailed project management, stakeholder engagement, and be committed to continuous improvement across various project phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CE projects, from mobilisation to go-live.
- Collaborate with clients to shape delivery plans aligned to their mission and outcomes.
- Manage cross-functional teams across design, build, test, and deployment phases.
- Oversee key delivery areas including requirements, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
- Support project delivery at all stages, from planning through to closure.
- Champion best practices and promote continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects.
- Strong understanding of project delivery disciplines and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in the Not-for-Profit or Higher Education sectors is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence at a senior level.
- Confidence navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across delivery teams.
