Overview
We are seeking a Project Delivery Manager for a rolling 3-month contract focused on delivering a technology rollout across multiple sites in the UK. The successful candidate will engage directly with clients and operational teams, ensuring that the implementation of a new software platform is executed smoothly and efficiently. This hands-on role involves a mix of remote work and UK-wide travel, aimed at overseeing the successful completion of project plans and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple site rollouts with a focus on technology implementation.
- Coordinate site discovery, readiness, and implementation activities.
- Drive project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Oversee installation, testing, and go-live processes.
- Collaborate closely with operational stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Support user adoption and provide hypercare following deployment.
- Ensure seamless transitions into business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering multi-site technology deployments.
- Familiarity with project delivery and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working with operational teams in sectors such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, or field services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Background in software, EPOS, or infrastructure implementations.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK for site visits.
