Project Deputy

Overview

The Project Deputy will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of a major transformation program within a highly respected organization operating in a regulated, innovation-driven environment. Working directly with the Project Lead, the contractor will engage with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure that technology and engineering projects are executed efficiently and meet high-quality standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and drive significant operational improvements in a complex R&D setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and governance of complex technology and operational projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and implement business solutions.
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support engineering and operational improvement initiatives through change management activities.

Requirements

• Significant project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, engineering, or similarly regulated sectors.
• Proven track record in delivering technology implementation and R&D projects in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and business process analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
