Overview
We are seeking a Project Director to lead a vital initiative that focuses on enhancing cyber resilience for small and medium-sized businesses across the UK. This role involves overseeing the delivery of a comprehensive cyber security experiential project, managing key stakeholders, and coordinating with multiple agencies. The position allows for hybrid working, with a blend of on-site and remote work, enabling collaboration on critical PR, event, and campaign strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the Cyber Security experiential project managing timelines and budgets.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and engaged.
- Commission and manage external agencies in experiential production, PR, and digital.
- Oversee the planning and execution of impactful live events for business owners.
- Integrate PR activities with experiential efforts for a cohesive narrative.
- Track expenses and manage the programme budget effectively.
- Maintain a live risk register to ensure project quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in senior project or programme management.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale live experiences or immersive activations.
- Strong background in managing PR agencies and integrated digital campaigns.
- Experience in budget ownership and supplier contract management.
- Ability to confidently engage with Director and C-suite level stakeholders.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience preferred.
- Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP are a plus!
