Overview
The Project Engineer will be an essential part of a global accountancy firm's ambitious integration programme, focusing on delivering infrastructure and services in alignment with ongoing M&A activities. This role, available for a 12-month contract and fully remote, requires a combination of hands-on technical skills and structured project management experience while collaborating with project managers and technical experts to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support technical workstreams related to infrastructure integration across multiple acquisitions.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and technical SMEs to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to planning, execution, and delivery phases of integration projects.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve issues across infrastructure and services domains.
- Produce documentation, reports, and progress updates for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong infrastructure and services background, ideally within complex or global enterprise environments.
- Proven experience supporting M&A integrations.
- Solid project management capability with the ability to drive delivery and manage stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Citrix and VMware (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
