Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major Workplace & Collaboration transformation programme. This role will focus on leading the Nexthink-related activities throughout a large-scale transition, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery. The Project Manager will operate in a dynamic environment, driving key initiatives in workplace tooling and collaboration technologies while supporting governance and reporting activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate delivery activities across Workplace & Collaboration transition workstreams.
- Manage Nexthink-related activities, including deployment, adoption, reporting, and operational transition.
- Collaborate with outsourced and offshore teams as well as third-party service providers.
- Engage with stakeholders across business, technology, and operations functions.
- Support programme governance, RAID management, and delivery tracking.
- Drive delivery within a fast-paced transformation environment.
Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience within enterprise transformation programmes.
- Demonstrated expertise with Nexthink.
- Experience managing outsourced service providers and offshore teams.
- Strong ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- High levels of energy, resilience, and ownership.
