Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale data migration programme within a regulated financial services environment. The successful candidate will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring effective delivery from initiation through to completion. This hands-on role will focus on managing the migration lifecycle, facilitating data analysis, and overseeing governance to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end migration delivery plan.
- Coordinate business and technical stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
- Drive data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities.
- Manage RAID logs, governance reporting, and cutover planning.
- Support testing readiness, defect triage, and go-live activities.
- Facilitate data reconciliation sign-off and go/no-go inputs for cutover readiness.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex data migrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Solid data analysis and reconciliation experience.
- Experience managing risks, issues, and governance reporting.
- Background working within regulated financial services environments.
- SQL Server / SQL query experience is a plus.
- Pensions administration knowledge is a plus.
