Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for an interim role focused on a major IT and business change initiative related to a group rebranding effort. This contract position will involve coordinating multiple workstreams, including IT, HR, Marketing, and Digital, ensuring seamless transition and alignment across various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical skills and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver results effectively, starting immediately.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the group rebrand and associated technology and business change activities.
- Manage cross-functional workstreams across IT, digital, HR, marketing, and external design partners.
- Oversee technology dependencies, including CRM, HR/payroll, infrastructure, and digital platforms.
- Drive alignment across divisions, ensuring a group-first approach.
- Ensure clear and consistent internal communications, governance, and delivery cadence.
- Maintain momentum, transparency, and stakeholder confidence throughout the project lifecycle.
