Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a transformative Commercial Compliance programme within a global life sciences organization. This role will involve driving the end-to-end delivery of a new compliance platform, engaging with various stakeholders and overseeing the integration of systems like Oracle and Concur. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring project success within a regulated environment while fostering collaboration across functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead project setup, governance, planning, and execution to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external suppliers to facilitate project progress.
- Coordinate supplier partnerships, ensuring alignment of deliverables, milestones, and quality standards.
- Oversee workflow design, data migration, testing, training, and post-launch support.
- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and transparency reporting requirements.
- Drive user adoption and change management across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Provide regular progress, risk, and performance reporting into portfolio governance structures.
Requirements
- Proven track record managing IT/business transformation programmes in life sciences or pharma.
- Experience in leading implementation of commercial compliance or transparency systems.
- Skilled in data migration, process redesign, workflow mapping, and system integration.
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management across global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
