Overview
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join a dynamic team within a leading FinTech organization. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of enterprise SaaS solutions for lending clients, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while fostering strong client relationships. This role requires collaboration with various internal teams and acts as the pivotal point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementation projects for mortgage and lending clients.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation and ongoing service delivery.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from operational teams to senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
- Establish robust governance frameworks, including project reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer value and improve delivery processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end software implementation projects within a SaaS or technology business.
- Strong project management experience with multiple concurrent customer engagements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience managing project governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery reporting.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Ability to balance customer expectations with internal delivery priorities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within Financial Services, FinTech, or Banking is highly desirable.
