Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 12-month contract focused on delivering ServiceNow implementations within a global life sciences environment. The role will involve managing the complete project lifecycle while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and alignment between business needs and IT capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with ServiceNow professionals to meet project objectives and standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and functional consultants.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Track budgets, forecast costs, and manage project resources effectively.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Support change management activities throughout the project.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow projects, including ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycle effectively.
- Strong skills in project planning, scope definition, and milestone tracking.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to provide detailed project reporting and status updates.
