Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Legal Services to lead a vital business transformation programme aimed at modernising Business Acceptance processes within a law firm. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of a cloud-based legal technology platform, collaborating with various stakeholders across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and IT functions. This role demands exceptional project delivery capabilities and stakeholder management skills within complex, regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Business Acceptance transformation programme within a legal services environment.
- Manage the migration of legal applications from on-premise infrastructure to cloud-based platforms.
- Analyse, review, and redesign processes related to compliance checks and client onboarding.
- Identify and mitigate compliance, regulatory, and audit risks to strengthen governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee system implementation activities, including testing and data migration.
- Establish and maintain robust project governance, including reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Manage third-party vendors and facilitate workshops to drive stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Legal Services sector.
- Strong track record delivering legal technology and cloud migration projects, specifically Intapp.
- Demonstrable experience re-engineering compliance and operational processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in highly regulated and audit-sensitive environments.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex organisational structures.
