Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to lead various integration and transformation projects that enhance connectivity within organizations. The contractor will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and Product, to ensure projects are executed smoothly and effectively contribute to organizational change. This role requires strong project management expertise, particularly in handling complex business integrations and managing stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end integration projects involving systems, networks, migrations, outsourcing, and finance transformation.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and Product teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Champion system and culture adoption using established change management frameworks like ADKAR or Prosci.
  • Manage risks, governance, and compliance, including GDPR considerations.
  • Deliver projects using established methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing updates on project status and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading complex business integrations post-acquisition or substantial change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering integration projects encompassing people, processes, systems, data, and customer experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with systems consolidation and data migration projects, particularly in CRM, ERP/Finance, Billing, or HR systems.
  • Strong governance and reporting capabilities, including management of RAID logs, budgets, and benefits tracking.
  • Relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, or PMP preferred.
  • Eligibility for BPSS or equivalent clearance is required.
