Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-end spa and wellness project within a prestigious residential development in London. The contractor will work closely with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the complex project, including wet areas, pools, and spas, are executed to the highest luxury standards and completed on time. This role demands strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach to project management, monitoring quality, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site delivery, managing the construction of spa and wellness facilities from shell & core through to completion.
- Oversee sequencing, logistics, and coordination between trades to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
- Drive project delivery with a proactive, hands-on approach while maintaining a strong site presence.
- Collaborate with design teams and subcontractors to review technical details and manage design queries.
- Support procurement and installation processes for bespoke finishes and specialist systems.
- Ensure all works are executed to super-prime standards with zero defects upon completion.
- Track project progress against the schedule and report on key milestones and risks.
- Act as the main liaison between the client, consultants, and the site delivery team for clear communication and efficient challenge resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction or Project Manager delivering wet room, pool, spa, or wellness projects.
- Background in super-prime residential or luxury hotel sectors.
- Strong understanding of specialist trades coordination, sequencing, and high-quality fit-out delivery.
- Excellent technical knowledge, particularly in design coordination and commissioning processes.
- Confident communicator, capable of leading teams and liaising with senior stakeholders effectively.
