Overview
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in a major finance transformation program, specifically focused on implementing OneStream across multiple enterprise performance management workstreams. This position involves coordinating stakeholders and ensuring alignment throughout a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. The role requires a structured approach to project delivery, with the Project Manager acting as the central point of communication and organization for the initiative.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the integrated programme plan.
- Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Own RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, decisions).
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops and senior stakeholder sessions.
- Prepare and distribute status reporting for leadership and programme sponsors.
- Support governance and ensure consistent communication across the programme.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting large-scale consulting or tech implementation programmes.
- Strong PMO/project coordination background within finance transformation.
- Familiarity with EPM platforms, ideally OneStream.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-workstream environment.
- Ability to translate complex updates into clear, concise executive-level reporting.
