Overview
The Project Manager for Digital Transformation will lead significant digital and IT system improvements within a professional standards organisation in the built environment and property sector. Working closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and external suppliers, the contractor will oversee projects to ensure successful delivery and modernisation of IT systems. This hybrid role allows for three days of onsite work each week and is crucial in driving the digital transformation agenda of the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver transformation projects in line with established Change Management frameworks and governance controls.
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Maintain effective risk, issue, and change control processes.
- Provide regular project updates and performance reports to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure quality outcomes.
- Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive delivery excellence.
- Monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing transformation projects across IT, Business, Data, Infrastructure, or Cloud.
- Experience with Microsoft AX/CRM or D365 CE/FinOps is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and MS Office tools.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement across diverse business areas.
- Capable of coordinating cross-functional teams without direct line management.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills.
