We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple construction projects in London. This role involves coordinating with teams, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring timely and effective project delivery. The position requires an immediate start and commitment to working full-time on-site in an office environment, with the potential for contract extension beyond 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and produce construction and fit-out programmes.
  • Prepare commissioning programmes and manage pre-construction activities.
  • Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Report on project progress and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong focus on commercial projects or similar.
  • Experience in producing construction and commissioning programmes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Full-time availability for on-site work in London.
