Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a significant regulatory change and climate risk programme for a major regulated organization. In this highly visible role, you will coordinate multiple teams and manage stakeholders to drive successful project delivery. This position involves working closely with senior leadership and external consultancies to ensure program objectives are met within ambitious timelines, all while maintaining oversight of day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead a major regulatory change programme from planning through to implementation.
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and governance effectively.
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultancy support for optimal delivery.
- Drive accountability and ensure actions are completed on time.
- Prepare updates and materials for senior leadership and Executive stakeholders.
- Maintain an overarching perspective while managing everyday delivery tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex regulatory change programmes.
- Strong end-to-end project management experience in relevant sectors.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to constructively challenge senior stakeholders and drive outcomes.
- Experience working across multiple business functions within complex environments.
- Track record of delivering high-profile initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Highly desirable: Climate risk, sustainability or ESG-related programme experience.
- Exposure to PRA regulations, including SS3/19 and/or SS5/25.
