Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of a low-code CRM and workflow automation platform for a financial services organization. This role is focused on creating structure in a developing project environment, overseeing both delivery execution and governance setup, while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. The position requires a hands-on approach, combining project management and business analysis skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the selected low-code platform.
  • Establish pragmatic and lightweight project governance.
  • Create and maintain essential delivery artifacts including plans and RAID logs.
  • Manage delivery across both business and technical workstreams.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and third-party implementation partners.
  • Facilitate workshops and support hands-on requirements gathering.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to drive delivery momentum.
  • Provide clear and consistent reporting to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT Project Management, specifically with low-code CRM and workflow automation platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
  • Experience in low-governance or immature delivery environments.
  • Hands-on capabilities in project management and business analysis.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and gathering requirements directly from business users.
  • Background in the financial services sector, particularly in lending, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Jira for project tracking and management.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and create effective structures.
