Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) for an initial 6-month contract outside IR35. The successful candidate will lead complex IT integration projects, collaborating with various stakeholders and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with organizational goals and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee IT infrastructure M&A projects from concept to completion.
- Tailor and implement the PRINCE2 methodology for project execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve the best balance of quality and cost.
- Lead technical teams, providing guidance and support to meet project objectives.
- Maintain adherence to international compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT project manager, specifically in M&A integrations.
- Strong understanding of the PRINCE2 project management framework.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies such as M365, Exchange Online, and Azure.
- Knowledge of email migration processes and complex routing environments.
- Familiarity with system deployments, upgrades, and security system rollouts.
- Ability to work in a hybrid on-premise and cloud computing environment.
