Overview
The Project Manager for Workplace Applications will play a crucial role in overseeing a major workplace transformation programme for a leading international law firm. This position involves managing key workstreams related to workplace application delivery while collaborating with service providers, internal technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes in a complex legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead workplace application transformation initiatives.
- Manage outsourced service providers and delivery partners.
- Coordinate technical, operational, and business teams.
- Drive project governance, reporting, RAID, and dependency management.
- Support service transition and adoption activities.
- Manage risks, issues, and escalations through to resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering workplace application projects within outsourced or managed service environments.
- Experience with workplace technologies including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, ServiceNow, and related collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of service transition and operational readiness.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers, outsourcers, and offshore delivery teams.
- Proven Project Management experience within legal or professional services environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
