Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple strategic projects for a major transformation programme within a dynamic, fully remote environment. This 12-month contract role requires collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes that align with programme objectives. As a Project Manager, you will oversee various project phases from initiation to completion, driving performance and governance throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
- Establish effective project governance across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including RACI matrices and delivery plans.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues when necessary.
- Provide regular project status updates to programme leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision-making through clear reporting and governance processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering complex projects in life sciences, healthcare, or highly regulated environments.
- Strong background in managing enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Solid planning, governance, risk, and dependency management capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM PMQ or equivalent).
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
