Overview
We are seeking a contract Project Manager to lead integration and transformation projects within our organization, focusing on connecting people, systems, and processes. This role involves collaborating with various teams, driving organizational change, and ensuring project success through effective communication and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex integration projects, particularly in the IT or telecom sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integration projects, including systems and finance transformation.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and Product teams to maintain project alignment.
- Champion system and culture adoption using frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci.
- Manage project risks, governance, and compliance, including GDPR considerations.
- Deliver projects using methodologies like PRINCE2, Agile, or Waterfall.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to ensure project visibility and support.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of project management experience, with 5+ years leading complex business integrations.
- Demonstrated experience in integration projects involving systems, data, and customer processes.
- Hands-on experience with systems consolidation and data migrations (e.g., CRM, ERP, Billing).
- Strong skills in governance and reporting (e.g., RAID logs, budgets, benefits tracking).
- PM qualification (PRINCE2, MSP, or PMP) is preferred.
- Must be eligible for BPSS or equivalent security clearance.
