Project Supervisor

Overview

The Project Supervisor will support the Project Management Team in overseeing multiple small mechanical and electrical (M&E) and building projects, ranging in value from £50k to £3m, over a 5-month interim contract. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders to assess project feasibility, defining scopes of work in conjunction with project teams and subcontractors, and managing project delivery processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to assess and explain project feasibility.
• Work with the project team and subcontractors to define and document scopes of work.
• Develop competitive pricing for project works while ensuring expected profit margins.
• Review all project information and implement a project delivery phase plan.
• Engage with subcontractors under appropriate commercial terms.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards as defined by regulations.

Requirements

• Hold valid CSCS and SMSTS cards.
• Possess a First Aid certification.
• Proven experience in managing small M&E and building projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with contractors and project teams.
